Silica Filler Masterbatch
Silica Filler Masterbatch is made primarily from inorganic powder, binding agents, and colorants, and can be applied in traditional plastics processing methods such as blown film, injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, foaming, and casting. Adding Silica Filler Masterbatch during plastic product manufacturing reduces the amount of plastic resin required, lowering production costs. In addition, the masterbatch's reactive surface bonds with the plastic's macromolecular chains, forming a cross-linked structure with the matrix; the mineral cross-linking points transmit and disperse stress, reinforcing the material. Specially designed Silica Filler Masterbatch can modify interfacial reactivity, chemical activity, water resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, oil resistance, permeability, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and sound insulation, as well as provide electromagnetic wave absorption and radiation shielding, delivering performance that conventional plastics do not possess.
