Semic Silica
Silica sludge generated by semiconductor CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) processes is calcined at high temperature and mineralized into Semic Silica. It can be used as an insulation agent in steelmaking, a filler in the rubber and plastics industry, and an eco-friendly filler in building materials.
