The reporter interviewed Transcene’s Chairman Steven Chen and specifically introduced Transcene’s cooperation with ASE, the world’s largest IC packaging company. The waste molding glue discarded by ASE is highly purified into spherical silica, and then produced by Pinri Technology into rubber cakes for touch packaging for recycling.
