The Sustainable Circular Economy Development Association (SCEDA) was established in July 105, with the purpose of "promoting the promotion of Taiwan's sustainable circular economy, improving the efficiency of energy resource use, and achieving a win-win situation for the economy and the environment." Since the 106th year of the Republic of China, SCEDA has regularly compiled the speakers invited for its activities every year, compiled their outstanding speeches into articles and published a special book. Transcene was invited to compile the speech delivered by General Manager Hsieh Yamin into a special article to introduce relevant knowledge and experience in a more popular way. The resulting article "Creating New Business Opportunities for Customized Circular Economy - Taking the Semiconductor Packaging Industry as an Example" was included in the special book "Sustainable Circular Economy 2022" by the Society of Perpetual Society, which was published at the end of December 2020.

 

In the special article, Transcene explains the business structure we adopt in the process of circular economy: 1. Physical inspection of waste, 2. Finding markets for waste recycled products, and 3. Customized design based on customer needs; the short name is called the "Circular 123" system, and the case of Transcene's cooperation with the semiconductor industry is used as an illustration and verification, which is also the belief and result of TransceneTranscene's efforts. This is a systematic but not complicated framework. The focus is on how to introduce the concept of "design" to achieve meaningful "utility and value", so that a true circular economy can be built.

This special book contains a total of 11 articles including 4 policy trends, 4 enterprise cases, 3 recycling technologies, etc., providing both depth and breadth of discussions on circular economy in the past two years.
