Transcene Industrial has been invited to participate in the 2050 Net Zero City Expo (March 18 – March 21) to showcase its innovative EMC waste recycling technology, supporting the semiconductor and electronics industries in achieving low-carbon and sustainable development.
At this exhibition, Transcene Industrial will introduce how its patented technology enables the recycling of EMC waste to produce high-quality spherical silica, promoting a circular economy for packaging materials.
Innovative Application of Spherical Silica Powder: Collaboration Between Taisong Enterprises and Transcene Industrial Wins the 2025 German iF Design Award for Silicon Crystal Slippers
Transcene Industrial is not only dedicated to circular economy solutions in the electronics industry but also actively expanding the applications of recycled materials. In collaboration with Taisong Enterprises, the company has successfully developed eco-friendly slippers using recycled spherical silica powder. This product, recognized for its exceptional comfort, durability, and sustainable design, has been awarded the 2025 German iF Design Award.
Advanced Development of coating applications and 3D Printing Applications
Since its high flowability, spherical silica powder unlocks new possibilities for 3D printing. At the exhibition, Transcene Industrial will display a diverse range of 3D-printed products, including 3D photo , decoration, a variety of accessories, complex industrial ornaments, and CNC automation-compatible components.
In coating applications, spherical silica powder also enhances the performance and sustainability of various paints, such as stone-like coatings, anti-rust paints, waterproof coatings, and flooring paints, improving product durability while reducing carbon emissions.
