This R&D technology of recycling spherical silica makes Transcene won the Innovative Technology Award of the 3rd Taiwan Circular Economy Award this year 2022, this innovative recycling technology is recycling spherical silica from waste EMC of OSAT industry, the recycled spherical silica could be raw material of EMC filler and back to the supp ly chain to achieve cradle to cradle circulation.
