Transcene Corp. has made waste EMC (Epoxy Molding Compound) into spherical silica by using innovative recycling and purification technology, powder engineering technology and surface treatment technology. The recycled spherical silica could be widely used as material of glaze of ceramic, filler of rubber, refractory material and filler in paint. This inspiring usage from Transcene Corp. not only solve the waste problem in OSAT industry, but also supply the alternative materials that do not destroy nature, building up local venous supply chain to provide cost-effective materials to the domestic industry. Transcene Corp. plays a role of bridging semiconductor industry with ceramic, painting, and refractory industry. This industrial symbiosis also achieved cross-border integration and created circular economy.
